Project Title : Waterford Health Park

Location : Waterford City (Presentation Convent)

Ramsay Cox & Associates have provided specialist Mechanical & Electrical Design services for the recently-completed refurbishment of a National Monument at the former Presentation Convent in Waterford City to provide a state-of-the-art Medical Care Facility. This involved identifying concealed service routes, as well as introducing a more efficient form of heating to the facility. This exciting project has recently been shortlisted for World Building of the Year, to be announced at the World Architecture Festival in Barcelona in November of this year.
